Return policy is not applicable for any digital product of All soft solution and any of its associated products. By the term “digital” all soft solution means Domain, Hosting, Logo, graphical content, illustration,website, mobile & web app development etc.
We or all soft solution DoT com or its associated products eg: AdvisorFast, VioResume offers refund on a limited terms for its products.
Any website development may be a subject of limited refund. Website development will not be initiated without an official quotation with its own pricing and setted milestone and project finish date with milestone based payment plan. You must make an advance payment to initiate your project and keep paying a milestone based payment plan as mentioned in each unique invoice & quotation. We keep all the rights to terminate any ongoing project anytime without client consultation.
Allsoftsolution defines “Client” word as to individuals or companies who already paid an advance deposit. If you have not made any transaction based on any invoice and quotation you will not be recognized as a client of ours. Thus you have no right to claim any refund. If you are a subject to claim any refund you must have the invoice and quotation and payment receipts along with your valid goverment ID & proof of your association with the company if you were representing a company or you were contracting out your project from a third party.
Our milestone based project payment plan is only applicable for Website/ app/ Video/graphical/illustration content development. Upon our deployment of each milestone to the client, the client must pay for the next phase of the project or milestone. Each completed milestone or phase of a project is non refundable.
If you are a user of Advisorfast mobile app and if you make a free call request to an advisor and successfully engage video and audio call prior to a paid call you will not be able to claim any refund if you already have taken advice on your booked time. Also you will not be a subject to refund if you feel unsatisfied with an advisor. Incase of not being able to attend during pre-paid booked appointment for any technological or networking or personal problem the booked appointment will be auto rescheduled on the same time of the next day. Total three rescheduled will be done if you as a client can not join Advisorfast will not refund you. In case individual Advisor can not join, three auto schedules will be done and only if the advisor can not join then it will be a subject of refund.
